Hulu (no ads) - $13
Netflix - $12
HBO now/max - $15 (reportedly)
Disney+ - $7
Prime - $9
CBS All Access - $6
Apple TV+ - $5
Showtime - $11
STARZ - $9

Almost $90 a month in streaming services.

Cutting the cord was supposed to save us how much?
Y’all gonna be aggy all day with the:

It’s à la carte
There’s more content
Get someone else to pay for them

I understand all of that.

But, for the folks who remember, steaming services were sold as a way to leave the cable companies and save money, I’m doing neither. 😂🤣
No where did I say these were a necessity. Literally nowhere.

What i did say was- cutting the cord wasn’t financially advantageous as we were led to believe.
In like 18 months none of this is gonna matter because Verizon is going to buy literally all of these services and bundle them. LOL

Then President Warren is going to spend the next four years trying to break up big telecom

😂😂😂

\*sarcasm\
I feel need to say this here:

Starz has more show that power.

Baby boomers love CBS.

Star Trek has a CBS all access show.

No I don’t pay for all these services but have access to them.

But if I did, that’s how much it’d cost.
Here’s the thing: MOST OF US DO HAVE EVERY SERVICE.

But we share logins.

So if we weren’t all sharing info this is how much it would cost
Back when Netflix first started steaming it was sold as the end of cable.

But as each network built their own platforms and pulled content from Netflix (and now Hulu) we’re subscribing to more and more services.

But please, continue to call me dumb, simple, and friendless.
