FWIW, I hope a lot of white dudes in tech are watching @DHH and understanding what kind of change and scrutiny they can bring to discriminatory processes (or even just ones that look that way) if they use their power and privilege to just say something—loudly.

Sure, @DHH is wealthier than a lot of y’all, but seriously, how many of you would materially suffer if you called out the systemic biases that guide the places you work everyday?

If the guy who created the framework that powers A LOT of our startups (my org included) can say something, why can’t the rest of you?
