If you’ve ever wanted Sticks-as-a-Service, or some sort of monthly stick delivery subscription, wherein a new stick arrives at your residence anywhere from every 1-2 days to every week/month, may I suggest you try small children.
So far I’ve found sticks in:

* the car (obvious)
* living room (on rug, under sofa etc)
* bedrooms
* den
* bathroom (multiple)
* school bags
* my jacket pocket
These are just plain sticks. There are also:

* sticks tied to other sticks
* sticks fashioned into bows (2)
* sticks whittled into sharp points
* sticks with yarn wrapped around them
* sticks that were interesting because they appear to have pistol grips and are thus guns
One might ask: child, how many sticks does one need?

Child has not yet responded: I DUNNO DAD HOW MANY COMPUTERS DO YOU NEED
Child: THIS NEW STICK! I NEED IT!

But you have so many sticks already, child. What about this one? This stick here is a fine stick.

Child: BUT IT IS NOT THIS STICK
There will be other sticks, child. *gestures at the greenery of Oregon*

Child: BUT WHAT IF THERE ARE NEVER ANY MORE STICKS THIS COULD BE THE LAST STICK AND THERE ARE NONE OTHERS LIKE IT
*later*

WHO TOOK THE STICK FROM MY BEDROOM?
