Probably the most powerful source of value creation and differentiation, something that is UNLIMITED by nature.

3/ We find it very exciting and we feel very lucky, as this is something very unique of our generation.
It’s never been easier to be economically independent as a creator.

4/ In the history of humankind creators have had a fundamental role shaping generations (artists, musicians writers...), but only a very few talented individuals had been able to really capture relevant economic value out of their work as creators.

5/In most of those cases there were others involved (big cos. or individuals) extracting a big proportion of the value (if not the majority)those 3rd parties owned 2 critical parts of the process i) financing(kings, patrons, producers..)ii) distribution(rec. labels, publishers..

6/ Think of spotify for podcast creators, twitch for streamers, udemi for teachers, patreon for artists, medium for writers and so on.

7/ In this context, we are really excited about relatively new nascent markets such as live-streaming, but also about not that new markets that will be transformed such us ecommerce/ crafters.

8/ In particular, now that creators have access to customers in an efficient way, we think there is a huge opportunity around the development of the tech-stack around those creators. Also noted by @ xxxx Successful marketplaces, SAAS, hardware and deep-tech businesses will emerge

9/ We are lucky enough to have already 3 companies in our portfolio sitting on that trend ( @streamloots @motleylondon and @21buttons) so we are enjoying the journey from a very privileged perspective.
