If you are in the states, look to rain, a long standing agency for national supports.
If you are an artist struggling with mental health and tour and worried you are harming others , @backline_care is full of supports for you.
Log off tonight and be gentle with yourself, i reccomend not reading comments (the critical ones are being deleted anyways)
