I love the true crime community because we are stubborn & believe that human beings matter & that justice is important.

But jesus fucking christ, the indoctrination of conspiracy theories in this community is just astounding.

Do I need to make a thread on how to find credible sources & how to distinguish between fact & obvious fiction? Cuz it's starting to feel like many people have a very unclear understanding of what factual sources are.

You can be critical of the government for doing the terrible things it has done & will continue to do, & also understand that there are limits to reality & what can realistically be accomplished by human beings, even extremely wealthy well-connected ones.

Spreading a false conspiracy theory does incredible amounts of harm, even if you'd like to think otherwise. While we're all focused on the MK Ultra sex slaves, Epstein is given free reign to traffic young girls to powerful people.

WHY DO YOU THINK YOU'RE FOCUSED ON THE CONSPIRACY THEORY IN THE FIRST PLACE. PEOPLE IN POWER WANT YOU TO BE FOCUSED ON THE CONSPIRACY THEORY. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
