Leroy Sane on Arteta:
"People always ask me about training under Pep, but the things I've learnt from Mikel Arteta! We get on brilliantly, he's a lovely guy and a great coach. And he's always right. He'll watch me training and then afterwards he'll tell me what he thinks."

'Arteta is the coach to have worked most closely with Raheem Sterling, too. He is very hands-on in training - particularly during rondos, as he has not lost his touch- and is always instructing the winger on different aspects of his game.' - @TheAthletic
'When Sterling moved out to the right-hand side, Arteta taught him not to focus so much on controlling the ball, but that he should look around and be more instinctive.'
'In their first season at City, in 2016-17, Guardiola gave Arteta responsibility for a crucial match against Arsenal, amid a poor run of results which had left some questioning the Catalan's suitability for the Premier League. Arteta picked the team that day.. 1/2
(De Bruyne started on the left of a front three), gave the talks and made the tactical changes, including a half-time reshuffle that turned a 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 victory.'
Worth noting the two Manchester City goalscorers were Leroy Sane, and Raheem Sterling.
Also forgot about this snippet from an interview he did with Arsenal. I am utterly convinced he is the man to take us forward.
If you needed anymore convincing.. check out this from Pochettino.
