My mother and I have lost everything. We’ve lost our dignity, the right to live in this society like normal people. We have nothing left to lose but our lives, and since that is already under immense threat, I may as well just say what I might regret not having the chance to say

I demand the resignation of @SMQureshiPTI, and action be taken against him and Ex-CJP Tassaduq Hussain Jillani for helping their relative, my father, Makhdoom Abbas Akbar in threatening and pressuring the judges and denying me justice

He has openly committed Obstruction of Justice, submitted fake NADRA documents in court, stopped the orders of the High Court to reach Multan, and so far every judge my case has been transferred to is dead scared to even summon him for this even after 3 and a half years so far

I hope you meant it when you said that everyone will be held accountable, I have faith in your words... Day 1

Told my mother and me that he couldn’t do anything now, cuz we were too late, I learned that he previously summoned my father to court over a dispute of land against Shah Mehmood’s sister, my Aunt. And that he knew about my father all too well, despite saying he didn’t know who

And then I found out that the person he didn’t remember, and against whom he couldn’t help my mother and me because we were ‘too late’ in his words, was also his neighbour in Lahore. Irony dies when I read what I type.

Anyways enough with the old CJ. So this is how my father likes to intoruduce himself to the court, an independent institution as I am supposed to believe. Let the judge know that you rich and well connected, don’t cross me or you’ll lose your jobs or much worse. Independent ?

The court is supposed to believe that the signatures on my parents nikahnama are not his, and these are his real ones. Someone kindly tell me how the hell can you get your picture of 1984 on an ID card in 2015, while at the same time your fresh picture is on your FRC @NadraMedia?

I’ve had my DNA request turned down because my judge at that time said ‘If I approve your request, it would destroy this rich person’s reputation’. So every rich person is human, and poor people like me are not ? And these two gentlemen have been helping my father all along

A request to the Chief Justice of Pakistan Asif Saeed Khosa. I’m not asking for any favours, kindly take notice of this. For 3 years this judiciary couldn’t declare my parentage, I’m not asking for money, I’m asking for my identity, and for it to be done on Merit not influence

And to @ImranKhanPTI , I demand the resignation of @SMQureshiPTI, and that action be taken against Tassaduq Hussain Jillani for helping my father verbally murder my mother and me, and for helping my father influence and threaten the judges of the court in denying me justice

So our only crime is that my mother is not a Qureshi like my Aunt and Step-Mother. So is that reason to deny us our basic rights ? Riyasat e Madina ? Equal laws for the rich and poor ? Everyone will be held accountable ? Tehreek e Insaaf ? Were you serious about all of that ?

So far no judge has had the wit to summon him to court, how are they supposed to decide my case on merit. #NAB kindly probe my father’s assets. He hasn’t declared his properties in Dubai and Europe in his wealth statement. Be unbiased, try to forget he’s related to @SMQureshiPTI
