Clear indications/lead:
He always runs the choreo and explain in details what needs to be changed and done for them to be better, always trying to improve their stages

Leadership qualities in general:
Hoseok is always said to have great leadership qualities, either coming from the members or the bh staff as well, he is said to be the 2nd leader

Security:
We've seen plenty of times how he is so aware of his surroundings especially when it comes to member's safety, he doesn't hesitate to change the choreo according to each situation

Versatility in style:
He is such a versatile dancer, he can do any types of dance and still slay every single one, his Dance Academy teacher said “Hoseok was good at all genres of dance"

Being calm:
When he is in his role of dance leader some say he looks intimidating when in fact he is just calm and concentrated on what he has to do, he explains things calmly to the members and is always very pro about it

Organised:
We know how organised and perfectionist Hoseok is, even in his everyday life it's an evident quality he has which helps him in his dance leader role bc it reflect on the whole group too

Being gentle:
He always explain and teaches choreo in such a calm and gentle voice, he is so patient and his personality fits perfectly with being a teacher

Making dance enjoyable:
Well that's basically his whole being, the way his passion for dance reflects in his every move and the general mood he gives off, that's why the members feel comfortable having him teach them

Other examples of the members appreciating him as a dance leader and thank him for it and for being considerate in general

Those are the main qualities I found online when searching about dance leaders, Hoseok has so many more tho, his personality is amazing and it really suits his role within BTS.
