every single person who is a landlord as their primary form of income is completely fucking bonkers.

Even renting from an apartment complex, which almost always sucks ass, is better than renting from some lunatic with fifty "income properties" and who keeps them as slum-like as possible

Back when I still did a lot of repair work, multiple landlords got upset with me because I& #39;d always insist damage was normal wear and tear (which they cannot then charge the tenant for)

I& #39;d always write it on the receipt too, that really got in their craw.

One time a landlord, as I replaced a door in one of his literal slum properties (which had 100 other problems he refused to have fixed) gave me a speech on how building codes were bullshit cause he couldn& #39;t segment in a warehouse he owned into bedrooms and call it a hostel
