I did a chart for the approximate time the news of the Lebanese prime minister resigning became public, and I think the chart is QUITE interesting!

First of all we have the ascendant in Aries, symbolizing beginnings and initiations. The ruler of the chart is in detriment in Libra, but it’s also conjunct the descendant— this is cooped up anger.

The theme is a lot of diplomatic (Libra) action (Mars) and given that Mars is within 3 degrees of the DC it can also be considered within the 7th house, so there is action or aggression... there might be someone trying to hold the upper hand when balancing the scales of justice.

We have both an 8th house stellium AND four planet stellium in scorpio... there is something deeply transformative and regenerative in the works.
