I can spot a Sun-Pluto situation from a mile away.
The way the person has a large figure in their life (usually a man) who comes in and flips their world from the inside out.. they bring darkness and chaos, and an inability to escape. And yet... escaping seems just as scary. Who are they, without this person in their lives?
Where does their power come from, without this person standing behind them? This person is the light and the darkness. To be without them is to be without both. Nothingness. So they’ll keep them (the large figure) around, subconsciously trying to merge the power of the
Figure with their own personality.

They’ll get dangerously close to doing so, but just when they think they’ve been reborn into a symbol of their biggest demon, he comes in to remind them exactly who is boss.
On the flip side, the figure can be sweet. Kind. Compassionate. Brooding. Subtle. His power and control does not come off as power and control.

It masks itself as guidance. A friend. A shoulder to cry on. Someone to go to when all the lights go out.
Often times it is inevitable that this person will be ripped away. Either by choice or through force from an outside influence.

& when they’re gone, they leave behind that confusing mixture of darkness and light mentioned earlier.

Who are you w/o them? WHERE are you w/o them?
Many Sun-Pluto people will find their way out eventually. A critical point is reached and they must either destroy or be destroyed (Think about Jennifer Lopez in the movie “Enough”)
If they don’t find their way out on their own, someone will pull them out, usually not by choice. They’re forced to come face to face with all the darkness that they once thought was light (Watch SVU S20:E13 “A Story of More Woe” the situation in that episode describes
the more subtle side of Sun-Pluto. While the J-Lo example describes the overt side)
*yes I know this won’t go for everyone, we’re all different

*this is more common manifestation of Sun-Pluto, although it is negative. The positive side, I’ve noticed, is often experienced through a woman (usually mom)
*if you want to reply only reply to the first tweet
Adding on:

You almost never forget the figure. Their afterimage is always lurking somewhere in the corner of your mind.
When you pass by places that you visited with them or come across old memories, it ignites that old feeling of vulnerability.
Some way, some how, even after everything you’ve struggled to move past and overcome, they still have this hold on you. Right there. That small part of your mind that clings to the memory of them for some sort of safety.
But what is it protecting you from? Why can’t you fully let it go?

It is during these moments that the person may go back to the figure, or otherwise seek them out (phone calls, pop ups, and often times impromptu jail visits) searching for answers that aren’t there
Why did this happen? What’s the meaning of it all? They still won’t have an answer for you. Even after so much time has passed.

This person made you who you are. You are who you are because of everything u went thru w them. And yet, they have nothing to say.
Completely unaffected. Disassociative.
It’s up to you to make sense of it all. It’s up to you to decide what meaning it had in your life.
It’s up to you to rebuild yourself time and time again.
It’s up to you to come out stronger
Btw this is for Sun-Pluto in a natal chart BUT it can be applied to synastry
