Don't even get me started on the police report being lost, that's bizarre but here is the story.

"Police determined that Neilia Biden 'drove into the path of Dunn’s tractor-trailer, possibly because her head was turned and she didn’t see the oncoming truck,' according to the news site."

IF were to put on my tinfoil hat this accident gets more and more troubling.

Found photo of car, other than that details are slim but by all accounts Neilia veered into the lane of tractor.

“Nothing came of it. They had people, witnesses,” Lafferty said. “He was a good truck driver, very caring. It shook him up. It was an awful thing for all of us.”

Last thing, the reason I started looking at the accident in the first place was because of this super weird recollection of it. If someone says there was a slight accident, "she's dead isn't she" doesn't seem like a normal first response? Joe is whacked.
