#DisabilityTwitter what are some of the everyday microagressions that you deal with but don’t say anything about because you just don’t have the emotional bandwidth at the time?

Wow. This blew up. I'm still trying to make it through all of the responses. Disabled folks need a place to let the world know, that's for sure. I'm thinking about using some of what's been said here to create a theatre piece that addresses these issues.

"You're so independent! Good for you." but then in the same convo, "I know you think you can do everything yourself, but you don't have to."
