Starting off with my favorite! Once I tasted this gem, I never looked back. I love how versatile it is β€” due to its mild flavor, I can mix it up sometimes adding garlic, egg, or sesame seeds.

Mild and cooked-just-right noodles, I have found my ramen for this special day. Not that I needed the best, I just wanted something that reminds me of comfort.

Plump noodles and clean seafood broth β€” it was perfect with the grilled milkfish my mom prepared. Makes me want to go and eat it by the sea-side. β˜€οΈ 🌊 πŸ–πŸŸ

This was actually the first korean instant ramyeon I have ever eaten (and I was forced by a friend to try it, since I’m a really picky eater). The noodles that started my obsession. Great, but I still prefer Jin.

The waiter warned me it’s gonna be spicy, but it tasted like water to me. πŸ™ƒ I liked that I can choose an all meat option, though.

I think I just found my new ramyeon love! Such clean rich taste and very plump noodles. I added in more garlic, chili, and black sesame so the kick hits right! Damn, so goood! β˜ΊοΈπŸ‘βœ¨

Jjapaguri (As featured on the movie Parasite)

I got a pretty slab of rib eye and cooked it for dinner (I had a long day!). Basically it’s jajjangmyeon with a kick! The meat gives it that extra character, but nothing mindblowing.
