License and registration please.
The soft hum of the opening of a car window gives way to loud notes of a saxophone solo. They drift out onto the street, filling the darkness with something sinister and sexy. The air shimmers around the car with seduction, saxophone +
giving way to the beautiful crooning of a male singing over the light taps of shoes on pavement.

/So I'm never gonna dance again, guilty feet have got no rhythm./
"License and registration pl-"

"Evening officer it's been a while. What a whole week since you pulled me over last?"

Sexy notes of the saxophone dance over the man’s skin, tousling his ash blonde spikes, caressing strong arms before falling to +
the floor in front of the police officer's boots.

The man has his arms crossed over the threshold between his car and the outside world now the window wasn't there to protect him. His chin resting where they were crossed making him look up at the officer +
from under his thick, blonde lashes.
Smudges of black line his bright red eyes that currently dance with amusement, the emotion trickles down to his lips where the corners are lifted at their edges into a small smirk. His driver's license was in his hand, ready to give it over.
"This is the sixth time this month I've pulled you over for speeding Ground Zero-"

"Katsuki, please."

"-I understand that proheros are always on their way to somewhere important, so you're in a rush but just because I give you a warning +
every time doesn't mean you should speed, you know. We are both trying to protect innocent lives."

Katsuki looked up into emerald green eyes that sparked with intelligence and wit and honestly, were more beautiful than they had any right to be.
Dark green curls poked out haphazardly from a peaked cap adorned with the local precinct's coat of arms. And the uniform, just tight enough to show that the officer took his job seriously and worked out. A lean, muscled torso gave way to thick thighs that were built from training
But really the only criminal thing here was the sinful way the dark blue uniform stretched over the officer's ass, perky and tight from exercise no doubt.

Katsuki loves a man in uniform.
"I'm sorry Officer Midoriya, or can I call you Izuku? I mean we have known each other for a while now," he purrs.

The officer stutters through his next breath, urging Katsuki to continue to outright flirting.
"Izuku, I'm very sorry about all this, maybe you can write me a fine or something this time, so I definitely learn my lesson. I've been a very /naughty/ boy. And then your number on the back in case I have any trouble paying the fine?"
"No, it's ok Ground Zero-"

"Katsuki, please."

"-you're always protecting people which is why you're one of my favourite proheroes. I'll let you go; you have important work to do. Thank you for keeping us safe Ground Zero!"
The officer turns, giving Katsuki an amazing view of the ass he's come to love but just the view isn’t enough anymore.

"Fuck," he growls angrily and slams his head into the steering wheel in frustration.
/And I'm never gonna dance again, the way I danced with you./

"Shut up George, it didn't work," he grumbles dejectedly as he switches off the radio with a sharp twist, never removing his forehead from the steering wheel.

✹TBC??✹
This has been going on for a few months now. This being Katsuki constantly being pulled over for speeding by Officer Midoryia. The first meeting was a complete accident. Katsuki had a bad day at work, his patrol was littered with petty thefts and muggings so he didn’t really get+
an outlet for his energy because there was nothing much to do physically but he was left with a lot of paperwork.

After aggressively filling in each report meticulously, Katsuki was nothing but a perfectionist, he just wanted to get home.
Speeding down the empty streets, he was halfway home when a car pulls out behind him and he’s blinded flashing red and blue lights.
Katsuki stewed in his anger at both the day he had and the fact it was about to get worse. He couldn't believe he'd just been pulled over. The headlines from this were going to be amazing.

‘The number one hero pulled over for reckless driving.’
Light tapping on his window gets his attention and he rolls down his window for them.

"Evenin' officer."

"Hello sir, license and registration please."
Katsuki removes the required documentation from his bag and passes it to the man who he finally gets a good look at. Even in the darkness of the night with only the pale moon washing them in white light he can see the police officer is beautiful.
He's got a strong jaw but with chubby cheeks that are adorned with the cutest smattering of freckles. And his deep emerald green eyes pull him in and make him speechless.

He can't get over how beautiful the police officer is so he barely registers what the man is saying.
"-u're Mr Ground Zero sir! Oh my God how did I not notice, you're literally still in your uniform! Wow this is amazing you're like my favourite hero, oh wow. Oh my God I didn't stop you from heading to a crime, did I?! I'm so sorry-"
"Hey quit you're rambling it's all good, I was only on my way home. I really shouldn't have been going so fast-"

"Oh no it's fine, I'm sorry I don't want you to get into trouble you do so much for us and protect us all please I'll +
let you off with a warning this time but don't do it again ok?"

"Uh, yeah ok sure." Damn Katsuki, way to sweep the beautiful man off his feet.

"Actually, can I ask one thing? I'm a huge fan could I get an autograph? To, uh, Izuku Midoriya?"
The police officer pulls out a very used notebook with "Autographs" written on the front. Katsuki goes through the motions of signing it and handing it back to the man, brain still in shut down mode, struggling to comprehend the beauty in front of him.
"Thank you so much Mr Ground Zero and good luck! Get home safe ok?"

And with that the police officer went back to his car and drove off. Leaving Katsuki to stare out into space he used to occupy, cursing Officer Midoriya for being so gorgeous and causing him to temporarily +
lose his mind. That autograph book was a perfect opportunity to leave the nerd his number.
And so, this is why Katsuki has just finished being pulled over by the officer for the 6th time this month. He has no idea how to find the man if he's not speeding through his part of the neighbourhood.
And although from the interactions they've had he can tell the officer is incredibly smart, just romantically stunted so every time Katsuki flirts and goes to ask the officer out he waves off his advances and thanks him for his service as a hero.
The guy doesn’t even know he’s into him.

It’s a few weeks before Katsuki has a free night to go speeding through Officer Midoriya’s patrol zone again.
He leaves straight from his agency, still in his uniform, and finds the straightest road in the district and accelerating fast, pushes the car to go close to double the speed limit. He’s flying though the streets, void of all signs of life at midnight.
He’s about to reach the end of straight stretch where he’d have to slow down to an acceptable speed and no cop cars have pulled out behind him yet. He’s about to turn back around to do the stretch the other way in hopes of getting +
Officer Midoryia’s attention when a cop car pulls out behind him, flashing their lights and pulling him over.

About time.
Katsuki slowly moves his car over to the side of the road, parks and pulls out his license from his wallet, ready to hand over to the officer. He rolls down his window, ready for the man to come around and put his plan into action. He had his hero business card with his personal+
number scrawled over the back underneath the word ‘Coffee?’ to slip the man when he hands over his license. He winds down his window and turns, ready with his killer smirk only to make eye contact with tired purple eyes.
“License and registration please,” the officer states blearily, as if the energy required to talk is too much to muster.

The man looks like the physical embodiment of a night shift with dirty purple hair, so oily it sticks up from his head, dark blue bags under his eyes+
showing he hadn’t had a decent sleep in a long time. If Officer Midoriya was as gorgeous as he was doing nightshifts constantly, this guy obviously wasn’t handling them well.
“You’re not Officer Midoriya.”

“Amazing perception skills Ground Zero, they teach you that at hero school? How to use your eyes to tell the difference between people?”

“Oi! It’s just that-“
“No, no please tell me, how’d they teach you to observe the world around you. Did they show you photos of people and ask if you can tell they’re different? Or maybe with animals, all like this one here is a rabbit and this one is a horse?”
“Listen, you poor excuse of a human being-“

“That’s Officer Poor Excuse of a Human Being to you,”

“-if you’re not Izuku then I’m not interested. Let me continue on my way and I’ll be out of your greasy ass hair.”
“On first names basis with Officer Midoriya are we? God that’s adorable. I’m sorry I’ve never been around to see you make a mess of yourself in front of him,” the Officer guffawed.
Katsuki stared at the purple troll doll reject that continued to laugh at him, doubling over as he struggled to contain himself.
“Listen,” the Officer began, wiping tears from his eyes, “I’m guessing you fell under his cute but strong as fuck spell like everyone does when they meet him but, thing is, he’s too shy to realise people have actual sexual attraction to him. +
Which brings us to you speeding up the road in his patrol area to chat to him right? But today’s not your lucky day and today is his day off.”

“Fuck.”

“Oh yeah, and I bet he lets you off every time cause he’s such a hero fanboy especially for you.”
Katsuki stared daggers at the purple haired pest, he didn’t like where he was going with this conversation.

“Now I’m not as star struck by the amazing Ground Zero or any hero for that matter, so normally I’d book you. But luckily enough your sad pining for the +
golden sunshine boy of the precinct has made me laugh, so I’ll let you off tonight."

Katsuki leans back into his car, letting out a breath he didn’t know he was holding. The fine for speeding so fast really wouldn’t look too good on his record as a hero.
“Let me give you a tip, he patrols on Sundays at the park in the centre of Musutafu to pep up everyone’s spirits, watching the sunshine boy interact with the kids there gives the police a good image. Plus, you can stop being reckless, you adrenaline junkie.+
You should see Izuku’s desk, it’s like a mini shrine to you. It would crush him if anything happened to you. And just maybe you’d be good for him. He deserves to be happy.”

The officer walks off, heading back to his car.
“Thanks for that I guess,” Katsuki yells at him, unused to thanking people, ”Officer...”

“Shinso. Officer Shinso.”

“Thanks Officer Shinso, if I finally get a date with him, I’ll owe you one.”

The Officer gives one more tired smile over his shoulder as he gets into the car.
See you Sunday Izuku.

đŸ€ TBCđŸ€
Sunday comes around and Katsuki has a new plan to implement. He has the day off, not having to patrol til that night, so he heads to the park in Musutafu. It’s not too far from Officer Midoriya's normal patrol zone or Katsuki’s house.
He parks nearby and heads into the park itself, there’s a lot of people in the park, families with their children, teens going in their first dates and the demographic Katsuki plans on blending in with; people jogging.
Dressed in a tight black tank that shows off his muscled arms and torso and deep orange sweatpants that match his hero costume Katsuki heads off on his run. It’s normally his rest day from the gym so he sets a slower pace through the park so he’s able to look around for Izuku.
He’s about three quarters of his way through his lap of the park when he spots the man. He’s crouching down, talking softly to a crying child who seems to have hurt themselves on the playground. Katsuki’s heart clenches hard, +
struggling to deal with the cute display in front of him.

Katsuki watches as the child calms down and heads over to their parents, leaving the officer free to continue his patrol. Officer Shinso was right, he really is the sunshine boy.
And Katsuki had to have him.

Katsuki heads over towards the man, rolling his shoulders and shaking out his arms to settle his nerves.
“Fancy seeing you here Officer, it’s been a while.”

“Ground Zero-“

“Katsuki please.”

“- I don’t normally see you around here! What are you doing?”

“I live nearby and heard it’s a nice place to go jogging so I thought I’d check it out.”
“Oo-ooh ok, ok yeah I see,” the officer stutters, looking up and down Katsuki’s sweaty body. Excellent, one point to Katsuki, zero to Izuku. He angles his body slightly, allowing his muscles to look more defined at the angle he stands at, flexing slightly for the man.
Time to implement the next stage of his plan.

“Its really hot out, isn’t it Officer?” Katsuki begins, staring the man down with purpose.
“Haha yeah I guess, a bit warmer than would be considered pleasant. I did hear the news say we are having a heatwave, and we are moving into the warmer months of the year. So, it’s only natural it would be warm. But I guess the work out you were doing would heat you up more. +
I mean especially as you run hotter due to your quirk, making you hotter than normal and then tied in with the super difficult workout routine a prohero would have- “
“Yes ok, we get it you’re a nerd,” Katsuki interrupts. Instantly the loud musing across from him stops and the focused gaze that had found itself on the floor moves up to look at the man across from them again. In the time it took Izuku to do an in-depth analysis of his quirk +
and workout routine Katsuki had removed his tank top and thrown over his shoulder, smirk plastered on his face.
“Ooo-ooh uh, Mr Ground Zero- “

“Katsuki, please.”

“-uh I guess it is hot enough to remove your top haha, oh boy.”
The police officer was now outright ogling Katsuki’s topless chest, eyes tracing his large pecs to then slowly slide over washboard abs. Izuku was sporting an intense blush across his cheeks, making his freckles stand out more.
“You seem to be struggling Officer Midoriya, is everything ok? Do you need to charge me with indecent exposure?”

“N-no, ah, no it’s ok, it’s- ah, it’s not indecent at all. No sir, not indecent.”

“My eyes are up here, Izuku.”

“Oh yep, that’s right, your eyes, ok.”
“Not indecent huh?” Katsuki asks as he removes his tank top from over his shoulder and proceeds to drop it on the floor, “How about littering? Gonna write me a fine for littering, Officer? Are you gonna show this big, bad litterer who’s boss?”
“Its, it’s ok Mr Ground Zero- “

“Katsuki, please.”

“-you can just pick it up, uh yeah, I’m gonna go, I better finish my patrol.”
The officer is still bright red in the face and is struggling to leave, standing there lost, so Katsuki takes his final opportunity to woo the man he’s been pining for. He turns around, back to the officer, and bends right at the waist, making a perfect ninety-degree angle with +
his body, sticking out his fine, toned ass for the officer. It’s wasn’t as big or firm as Izuku’s but it was nothing to scoff at.
Katsuki takes a look over his shoulder to see that somehow the officer’s blush has gotten even more intense and he was staring right at Katsuki’s ass.
Excellent, he’s got him.

Katsuki gets back up, tank top in hand and begins to turn around to speak to the officer, only to find him walking stiffly but ridiculously fast down the path towards the exit of the park.
“Fuck!” Katsuki yells into the now empty park, “Why can’t I catch a break?”

đŸ§œâ€â™€ïžTBCđŸ§™â€â™€ïž
The next Sunday finds Katsuki at the park again, not working out this time, just relaxing and taking in the world around him. Dressed casually in ripped skinny jeans and a white T-shirt, the prohero had donned some sunglasses and a baseball cap in an attempt to hide his identity.
Also, so he can shamelessly ogle the police man doing his rounds and hide the blatant staring at his round, tight ass behind tinted shades.

He doesn’t have a plan today; he just plans on watching the man walk around and try to get to know him better so when he finally gets to +
asking him out, he’s well prepared. Other than the fact he’s a giant hero nerd, for Katsuki in particular, and that he’s sunshine incarnate there’s nothing he really knows about the police officer. Apart from the times he’s pulled Katsuki over, he’s never seen the man in action.
Apart from the times he’s pulled Katsuki over, he’s never seen the man in action. He wanted to know exactly what those muscles could do.

The officer was headed into a part of his patrol route where he was out of Katsuki’s range of vision. Katsuki puts his head back, stretching +
out some kinks in his shoulders and neck that come from using his quirk for work. He rolls his head to the side for another stretch when he sees a man walking behind a woman, too close to be considered normal.
Instantly he tenses, preparing for the worst when the man suddenly lunges forward and grabs the woman’s bag, turning quickly and attempting to run out of the park the way he came.
Before he knows it, Katsuki is on his feet, ready to give chase when he’s stopped by the vision of a large, blue blur moving through the park at incredible speeds. Izuku is barrelling towards the man, as fast as someone with a speed quirk, only to catch up to the man, grab him+
and throw him over his shoulder and onto the floor. He quickly pins the man to the floor, removing his handcuffs to restrain him.
God, Katsuki didn’t even see anything that would imply the officer had a speed quirk meaning that speed was all his own and paired with the perfectly executed martial arts throw, it was all too much to bear.Katsuki walks out of the park in the opposite direction to the commotion+
so the officer didn’t see him. A furiously blushing Katsuki waddling out the park sporting a half chub from watching his crush take down a man, wishing he was the one being pinned by strong thighs, wasn’t a good look for the prohero.

He was going to be busy tonight. ~~~~
(Normally I'd stop after one attempt but it was short so yay! Y'all get two today)
“Hey, bro, let’s go to the park.”

“Fuck no.”

“Awww c’mon I wanna go out, and you have that nice park down the road!”

“Fuck. No.”

“Why notttttt? I wanna go for a walk!”

“What the fuck? Are you a dog or something shitty hair?”
“Aww c’mon, don’t treat my boyfriend like shit, you know you’re his best friend.”

“Fuck you too sparky, you should have fallen in the toilet.”

Kaminari continues to walk into Katsuki’s living room, having just finished up in the bathroom, shaking the remaining drops of soapy+
water off his hands. He heads over to where Kirishima is sitting and proceeds to sit next to him and lay his whole weight into the red head’s shoulder. The two were such a sickeningly sweet couple it pissed him off, but Kirishima claimed it was just his repressed +
anger over not being able to do the same with Izuku.

“Why are you so adamantly against going to the park on this beautiful Sunday afternoon anyways Bakugo?”

Katsuki turns to the other blonde, scowl on his face, to glare daggers at him.
“Alright fine, whatever, we don’t go to the park,” Kaminari says, pushing his bangs back off his forehead in frustration, “Lets play a round of smash.”

“OH! OOOHHHH. OH MY GOD!”

“Whats up Eiji babe.”
“Denki, my sweet electric eel, I think I know what’s up with our little Bakubro over there.”

“Bitch I ain’t little, everyone is little compared to your ridiculous physique Shitty Hair! Cause Sparks for Brains over there is all lean muscle he looks like your twinky toy boy.”
“Firstly, rude. I’m gonna remember that the next time you need your car jump-started. And secondly, go on Eiji baby. Everything you say is important to me.”

“Sap.”

“Alright Bakugo we get it, you ain’t getting any right now.”
“ANYWAYS. Denks, I reckon that his cute police officer crush has got him all down so he doesn’t wanna see any happy couples walking around the park, I mean he can barely handle us being all happy and cute around him!”

“Babe, you’re a genius.”
The two dumbasses seal that declaration with a noisy kiss, grossing out Katsuki even more. If only the idiot patrol knew how close they were.

He didn’t want to have to see Izuku, patrolling the park like every other Sunday, having these two in tow, it would just make his+
already difficult endeavour impossibly harder. They were already able to weasel out of him that he had a crush, poking and prodding a moping Katsuki after one of his failed flirting attempts.
For this Sunday he’d just have to plan his next move and watch these two make idiots of themselves.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Officer Shinso, Musutafu Central precinct.”
“Oi, Officer Shinso, it’s Gro- “
“Ground Zero, yes I know. No one else would talk to a stranger with that tone. The fact Izuku isn’t gushing about his amazing prohero boyfriend yet I’m going to take a stab at it and say you’re calling about him. Not wooing him correctly?”
“No, I’m trying it’s just not working. So, I was thinking to cut through all his obliviousness, a grand gesture. Deck his desk out in cute things, write go out with me or some shit on a cake.”
“Absolutely not, where the hell did you even pull that /idiotic/ idea from? A romcom?”
“No what you do is, are you taking notes Ground Zero? Cause I’m only gonna repeat this once. You have to be direct. None of this flirting thing you’ve been doing. Just get straight to it, ok?”
“Ok, I can do that.”
“Good, also just in case something goes wrong, his favourite food is katsudon. Good luck Ground Zero.”
And with those parting words Officer Shinso hangs up the phone, leaving Katsuki listening to dial tone.
“Katsudon, huh?”
đŸ‘»TBC tomorrow!đŸ‘»
Officer Shinso wasn’t to know, but Katsuki was a fantastic cook. So that’s why on Saturday night Katsuki finds himself at a supermarket near his house that has the freshest produce, purchasing the ingredients necessary to make a katsudon.
He’s perusing the selection of pork, trying to decide on the best cut to hammer out so it’s thin enough to bread and fry when he hears a timid voice from behind him whisper 'Ground Zero'.
He turns to look for the source of the voice, only to find a small child staring up at him
in amazement. The kid couldn’t have been older than 8, standing in the supermarket holding a packet of lollies he was probably going to pester his mother to buy. He was wearing a black shirt, emblazoned with a stylised orange X that was reminiscent of Katsuki’s hero costume.
“Hey buddy, nice shirt. You reckon Ground Zero is pretty cool?”
The kid nods, not able to form any words in the presence of his favourite hero. Katsuki walks over and crouches down to the kid’s level, putting a hand on his head and smiling at him.
“Well Ground Zero thinks you’re pretty cool too. Do you have something on you that you’d like me to sign?”
After a few autographs signed on the kid’s things and a few pictures taken on his mother’s phone, the family was off to continue their shopping trip. The kid turned around
one last time to give Katsuki a good bye wave that melted Katsuki’s heart. He turns back towards the pork to pick one for his katsudon when he hears a ‘Ground Zero’ again from behind him. Except he recognises this voice.
“Katsuki, please.”
“That was super cute what you did there with the little kid.”
Katsuki turns to find Officer Midoriya standing in the cereal aisle, shopping basket in hand, dressed in grey sweatpants and the same Ground Zero merch t-shirt the kid was wearing.
“Ground Zero your favourite hero too, nerd?”
“Something like that.”
The whole scene was incredibly domestic and seeing the police officer in casual clothes hit all the right buttons for Katsuki. He was struggling to not ask the police officer out then and there.
But he had a plan to sweep the man off his feet and he was going to stick to it.
“Well then maybe I sign a few things and take a few pictures with you and then you can help me pick a good cut of pork to make katsudon.”
“You’re making katsudon?! No way! That’s my favourite!”
“Oh really? No way, well then maybe if you play your cards right you can come over and have some with me.”
“Man, my favourite katsudon was the one my mum used to make, the sauce was just perfect. But then again, the one near my high school had a super crispy batter. Oh! Oh! +
The one over by the precinct- “
“Are you even listening to what I’m saying nerd?”
“-is AMAZING. It’s just tasty all over and their rice is perfectly seasoned so the don is tasty the whole way through. But then again- “
By this stage Katsuki had heard enough about katsudon in all its forms and heads over to slap his hand on Izuku’s shoulder, jolting him out of his stupor.
“Oh, oh sorry. I got carried away, I do it all the time.”
“Nah it’s ok, I think it’s cute you know so much and get super carried away.”
“Cu-cute??”
Katsuki smirked, the nerd was already a flustered mess, red in the face and waving his arms in front of him as if he could dissipate the embarrassment he was feeling from the air.
“Yeah, is that not ok? For me to find you cute?”
“I... Uh... I’m not cute. Everyone says I’m quite plain. But thanks for being kind,” comes a muffled reply, the man taking to covering his face with his hands.
“You gonna come out from behind there, cutie pie?”
Izuku removes the hands from his face, looking scandalised. His mouth opens and words try to come out but it’s like his words got lost on their way out of his mouth, becoming lodged in his throat.
That seemed to be the final straw for the police officer.
He turns on his heel quickly and makes his way out of the store like a man possessed. Dealing with obvious flirtation didn’t seem to be one of his strong suits.
“Hey! Nerd, wait! Was that a no to coming over for katsudon tonight or...?”
🐉TBC🐉
After the embarrassing scene at the supermarket you wouldn’t think Katsuki would still be pining for the sexy police officer, but yet here he was. Half the night slaving over the stove and another hour trying to determine how to make the katsudon bento as cute as possible +
had accumulated to this.
This being Katsuki standing at the entrance to the park with a bento in both hands, holding it so tightly his knuckles were going white, almost putting dents in the side of the box. His hands are sweaty and the bento box is wrapped in a cloth.
He dressed nicer today, a short sleeve dark blue button-up with cream cargo pants.He needed the nerd to know he was serious about this; the flirting wasn’t just him messing around.They didn’t know each other well yet, he wasn’t to know Katsuki was serious about everything he did.
He walks into the park and almost stumbles into someone walking across his path. He’s not normally this nervous but this time there was no way the nerd could misinterpret his intentions and if he was rejected that was it, no more attempts to woo him.
It made Katsuki sad to think about that. He didn’t want to live without knowing the nerd anymore. He had quickly become a very important person in Katsuki’s life.
He continues to walk into the park, death grip on the bento box, searching for Officer Midoriya. Katsuki hopes that it’s not his day off or something, that would be just his luck.
He rounds the corner to find the man standing there, staring right at Katsuki with a serious but determined look on his face. Katsuki is shocked into silence, standing there stupidly, holding his bento box out in front of him like a shield, attempting to deflect +
some of the stare’s intensity. The police officer walks up to Katsuki and stops a meter or so in front of him, standing straight with perfect posture. He was very stiff.
Just as Katsuki was going to ask what was wrong and why he was acting strangely the officer begins to speak.
“I keep running into you everywhere, it’s like fate keeps bringing you to me. I have no idea why, but I’m glad for it because it allowed me to get to know you. I was star struck the first few times but the more I got to know you the more I enjoyed our time together. +
I need you to acknowledge my feelings for you. Katsuki, go out with me.”
Katsuki stood there dumbly, grip on the bento box loosening as he takes in Izuku’s words. The man had finally called him Katsuki and was bold enough to demand they go out, it wasn’t even a question.
Katsuki liked that in a man.
“What the fuck nerd?”
“I’m sorry, was I too forceful?” The confident man that was standing in front of Katsuki merely moments ago has disappeared, leaving the usual nervous nerd he was accustomed to.
“I get it if you don’t actually wanna go, I just wanted you to know how I feel, I know I’m plain and you probably have so many people after you cause you’re so gorgeous but I thought I’d try. But it’s ok I should continue my patro- “
“Shut up nerd. I’ve got a bento in my hands with your favourite food so I could sweep you off your feet before I asked you out. That’s why I was buying stuff for katsudon last night.”
“Oo-ooh.”
“Yeah, oh. I’ve been flirting with you for the last 6 months.”
“You
 You have?!”
“Yeah, thanks for noticing. But as for your demand, I accept, as long as I plan it and we tell everyone I asked you out first. It was originally my idea.”
A bright smile stretches out across Izuku’s face, so happy to have Katsuki accept to go in a date with him. He runs over to Katsuki and grabs the man in his arms, hugging him tightly and causing Katsuki to drop the bento to the floor, the box clattering to the ground loudly, but+
luckily still intact.
Katsuki leans his head down into the soft, fluffy curls atop the officer’s head, inhaling a smell that is inherently the nerd, when he feels a warm wetness spreading across his shoulder.
“Why are you crying, nerd?”
“I’m just so happy, I never thought someone as amazing as you would be into plain old Izuku. I’ve heard that my whole life”
Katsuki removes the man’s head from his shoulder only to press his lips into Izuku’s as a response, not trusting his voice to+
stay steady while he spoke. The kiss is soft, sweet and a little wet from Izuku’s tears. Katsuki moves his hands from around Izuku’s shoulders, up to his hair to pull him in closer, kissing the man even harder. He breaks their kiss and rests his forehead on Izuku’s, getting up+
close and personal with his deep green eyes, placing one more quick peck on Izuku’s nose before he bends to pick up the previously forgotten bento box on the floor.
“Let’s go nerd, we have a first date to attend to.”
Katsuki offers his hand to Izuku only to have the man link their elbows, pulling Katsuki in close and leading him deeper into the park for lunch.
