-ill make sure to keep it as spoiler free as possible though, and will rarely include any images for that reason

I cannot think of a more useless stand in the entirety of jojo thus far
It literally doesn& #39;t do anything besides floating ONLY wherever winds flows, and telling you what people in an area are doing
The only thing that made it threatening was that the user was a veteran sniper
