Updated tutorial on how to get DAUM ID if you are using kakao

Since daum recently made sign up changes here is an uodayed regarding the ID to be used in level up application.
It is long bcs i dont want to be asked the same questions. Also, the id may vary depending on the date of creation of the daum and/or kakao account used.

Please read carefully. Hopefully this makes easier for anyone to determine his/her ID for application. Application process may change anytime. Pls send me feedback regarding the process so i can keep improving this tutorial. Big thanks to @gemaroha for helping me out with this.
