Recently decided to get into cooking. Everything I read said @kenjilopezalt The Food Lab is the new cookbook bible. Last week made his Mac and cheese(best I’ve ever had), and tonight made his chicken and dumplings. Everything from scratch. Delicious.
Tonight was pan-seared New York Strop with compound butter, mashed potatoes with fried skin, and roasted potatoes with herbs.
