At the Sept status hearing, Sidney Powell announced that Mike Flynn passed a polygraph in April 2016 during his security clearance investigation, while at the same time the DOJ/FBI was investigating Flynn under the “pretext” he was an “Agent of Russia”. https://www.scribd.com/document/425363510/091019am-USA-v-Flynn-SC-4
On 30 April 2016—the same month Flynn passed his polygraph-- Peter Strzok sent a text to Lisa Page stating: “And now we’ve switched from Patriot Act to a wire-carrying current.”
As reported by many others, “Patriot Act” is a reference to FISA surveillance and “wire-carrying current” points to a confidential human source (CHS) wearing a wire.
Pdops, of course, took this text message and drew attention to himself. Everyone seemed to follow George. Pdops could be misdirecting on behalf of CIA handlers. So why are we jumping to conclusions?
Likewise, before jumping to conclusions about Flynn, let’s first ask why would Flynn be under investigation in 2015/16 for being a “Russian agent”?
Rep Cummings @RepCummings provides some possible reasons in his letter to Rep Chaffetz @jasoninthehouse questioning if Flynn lied when renewing his security clearance.

Based on Flynn’s own comments to friends, we can surmise the RT gala “paperwork oversight” brought him under FBI’s scrutiny… if he wasn’t already.

The “concerns” of Rep Cummings may not seem like a big deal to most of us, but they are to the FBI. According to the excellent reporting of @trevoraaronson, “Agents have the authority to aggressively investigate anyone they believe could be a valuable source for the bureau.”

Lisa Page testified extensively on the topics of “confidential sources”, “assessments”, and investigative procedures as outlined in the DIOG manual. The dots are connecting, but how can we prove the hypothesis conclusively? Where’s the smoking gun, so to speak?

@SidneyPowell1 : Why not advocate for releasing un-redacted copy of the sentencing memo? Certainly, you're privy to that version and its “sensitive” contents. Or do you fear publicly releasing this information will dry up Flynn’s defense fund and harm his shot at pardon?
