I've managed I trace this broken gravestone at St Llonio's Church, Llandinam.
It marked the resting place of Edward Evans. Edward died aged 10 weeks and was buried on the 22nd of September 1853.

This cross was erected to commemorate the unmarked graves of those who died in Monmouth Union Workhouse.
It is inscribed in Latin with 'Ave Crux Spes Unica' meaning 'Hail, O Cross, Our Only Hope'.
