It‘s funny cos without Africa and the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade which supplied America with 100s of years of free labour to work on plantations, the USA wouldn‘t have been as developed as it is today.

Europe too wouldn‘t have been developed as it is today without the vast minerals and resources they plundered for free from Africa. They claim superiority but it‘s based on an inferiority complex

Civilization started in Africa. Egypt was originally called Kemet which means „Land of the Black People“ & it was from Egypt that the art of writing developed. They invented the alphabets & the calendar & built the pyramids of Giza which till today no one knows how it was built!

I‘m definitely sure very few of you have heard about the Olmec civilization. There is sufficient evidence to suggest they were black and they attained a high level of development. they were highly skilled architects building aqueducts and 1/2

They were very very skilled artists too. They made some very massive and high quality carvings which points to the fact that they had mastered science to create appropriate tools to make those carvings. You don‘t do all these things if you‘re dumb

European powers for 100s of years colonized Africa. Colonization might‘ve brought some positive impacts but the negatives & atrocities committed were too many. Extremely valuable resources were carried for almost free to Europe for centuries at the detriment of indeginous people

We talk about Hitler in history but we never talk about King Leopold. A greedy, ruthless racist who killed about 10 million Congolese in his quest of gaining riches to fund private or supposedly public ambitions in Belgium and Europe.

He promoted himself as a charitable person and wanting to do good to help the people of Africa but he, through his soldiers, cut off hands of people who were not willing to cooperate, raped women and murdered the men in his quest to extract resources from Africa

He killed off 50% of the Congolese population and Belgium was later morally responsible for the death of Patrice Lumumba, one of the visionary leaders in Congo who wanted to improve and shake the shackles of colonization off his country.

Just because Europeans and Americans are developed doesn‘t mean they‘re a superior race in all aspects. They have actually sanitized this development so much we barely learn about the ills against other races that went on in history in schools.

Africa is a great land, full of potential and very very bright people, with bright ideas, who when the opportunity strikes, can develop their respective countries. Demographics show the continent will develop in the coming years & deservedly take it‘s place as a leading continent

it is true that there are bad eggs and all. There are bad eggs everywhere. The scale of opportunities being offered to people in first world countries that is being wasted could be better placed if more people from 2nd & 3rd world countries are allowed on board.

Herbal medicine knowledge which has been used to cure cancer and other chronic diseases, skilled artists and brilliant artwork, lovely african prints, talented architects, gifted musicians, a rich culture etc are but a few things Africa can offer the world.

The sleeping giant needs to wake up!
