Third. How do you feel about ballet & contemporary? I for one am both impressed & intimidated by them as a dancer. But Kaila Skates, Founder of The Soul Experience Dance Co, opened our eyes to the room for individuality in contemporary. Then we got our lives to @KAYTRANADA

5th but not finally- we had the pleasure of having the A-MAZIN @AntCannStep teach a beginners step class. I’ve loved Step since I was on #BrooklynTech ’s famous teams & now that #Beychella has reignited it in pop culture it’s important we acknowledge the culture step comes from

Convinced? I knew it! On a serious note my students have worked hard to break out of their shells & rewire that part of the brain that says ‘don’t stand out TOO much because then you might get laughed at.’ We all have that voice. Dance is helping us overcome it. Celebrate w/ us!
