APPEAL TO THE OYO STATE GOVERNMENT

We will like to appreciate the Governor @seyiamakinde and the entire cabinet @oyostategovt for their effort/support towards elevating education and an all inclusive government in Oyo State being the agenda of GSM right from campaign.

Via-à-vis, I am a beneficiary under the approved bursary scheme for the Oyo Indigenes at the Nigerian Law School, 2019/20 set and my appeal thus;
Pursuant to the approval of the bursary, we are yet to be paid.

Nevertheless, we are aware of the necessary procedures and bureaucracies attached to it which needed to be done before payment.
But due to necessity and constraints of time on our side, (as we have 2-weeks to resume back on campus)...

As a student of Law School that was posted to Yola, I know my Governor is far too kind not to see me travel along this axis just to verify and do some paperwork which could have been averted before resuming on campus. Same case goes for other students posted to Bayelsa & Abuja..

...respectively.
Therefore, we are using this medium to urge and also appeal to the government to help hasten the payment of the said bursary for Oyo indigenes at Law School in order for smooth academic success for us all.
