How to report uncooperative Twitter account users who refuse to take down posts without the consent of the subject, a thread.
1. Go to Twitter user’s profile, and click on the ellipsis at the upper right corner of their account and click Report.
2. Click on Learn More highlighted in blue. This can be found at the last part of the text.
3. Select appropriate violation, such as Private Information posted on Twitter. For child porn, you can select Privacy Information for Children.
4. Provide the required information, including link to Twitter post, and Twitter account name.
5. Pass the Google reCAPTCHA and click on Submit.
