I want to talk about mustard flowers and water falls and how the steam from your cup of coffee makes the morning blurry yet alluring. I wan to talk about rainbows and colorful birds and the chirping birds feeding their little ones as the sun sets. Why is it so rare to find?
Or maybe talk about the wrinkles in an old man's skin and the tears that brim in his eyes when his grandchild's little fingers stroke his face? Let's talk about the rare things, the beautiful things. Let's talk about the petrichor and the dark grey roads after it rains.
Tell me about the dreams that wake you up at 3 am and you go to the window and see the moon covered in a thin layer of clouds. Tell me about what your shampoo smells of. Let's just talk about the beauty of the leaves that cover the sidewalks in fall? There's so much to talk about
Tell me how it felt when you hugged a baby for the first time. Tell me what does your boss look like when he's angry, talk about how you hate your sticky fingers leaving oily marks on the screen of your phone. Talk about beauty. Talk about love. Talk about life.
Tell me about the first time you felt love sick? Why don't we just talk? Why don't we talk about the good things? Why is it so complicated? Think about how your siblings hug you and you find solace in that embrace.
We are missing out on beauty, people. Unfortunately, we are!!
I want to keep going and never stop this thread but I have to. 😣💖💖💖

Spread love, spread beauty.
The color of Henna on your hands when you wash your hands before eid, let's talk about that. Let's talk about the rose you gave to your mom and found it in her diary after a decade? Tell me how calming the torrent of warm water cascading through you is on cold winter evenings?
Or if not that, tell me about the cereal you eat in the morning and how it dissolves in your mouth, tell me about the warmth of a roasted corn wrapped in a paper on a rainy night. Tell me about the reflection of neon signs on the roads at night after a rainfall.
Think about your freezing cold nose that feels numb in December and tell me about how you see a kid selling paper planes and balloons on the roadside. Talk about the smile of the old lady that grins happily when you stop your car to let her cross the road.
Have you ever fallen in love and made up scenarios in your mind, talk about that.

Don't let the world make you forget beauty, my darling. Talk. Just talk.
