A thread on why global5sos is problematic and why you shouldn't be following/supporting them:

NOTE: Before starting this thread, I would like to clear up that my intentions are purely to inform everyone on this issue, and bring up awareness on why are so many fans mad at the account, or have been blocked by whoever runs it. My intentions are NOT to cause cyber bullying +

to come on their way, to cause harassment or to make people hate the admins. As much as what I'm about to point out might make me seem like a problematic person, I don't care. I merely want everyone in this fandom to know what this account is often called out for.

1. BLOCKS:

Just like many other fans, I was blocked. On the first picture you see evidence of the block, and on the second picture the tweet that they blocked me for. As you can also notice, I was only pointing out the obvious, which is global5sos should simply stick to +

updateing, instead of creating drama. I did not insult them or harass them in any way possible. (At least in a public form). Like me, I'm pretty sure there are many fans who were blocked for just being reasonable.

Blocks do exist for a reason, but as a public account, you +

you should face whoever is calling you out, deal with the issue and act mature on it.

2. LYING:

I'm sure you heard about Ashton having a solo on their next single. This was told by global5sos, and global5sos only. I did not hear of any other account talking about Ash having a

solo like they did. Due to this, many people were excited and expecting for the single to come out for this sole reason. But when it was announced and it was out, it turned out that he did not have a solo on 'Teeth'. Of course, disappointment came. They did not apologize for it.

(At least that I know of.)

3. EXCLUDING MICHAEL:

Do I really need to explain this?
Might have been some stupid joke about the issue he had with James back in the day, but it's still a dumb joke they could've simply chosen not to make.

The account of the screenshots are from the owner of global5sos, I was told.

Dunno if she knew, but minorities and inmigranys exist. This one particularly pisses me off, f***** **** *** *****

someone sent me an screenshot of their apology (eh, kinda) for the michael point made. then again, they knew the consequences, they know the bad reputation they have, and they could've chosen not to make the joke, but they did. again, the backlash is 100% on them.
