The best part about Ghislaine Maxwell obviously staging those photos at In-N-Out is how before her lawyer's media firm sold them to the NY Post, they photoshopped in an ad for Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg's new movie.
Sloppy photoshop clone-tool job on this unused photo of Ghislaine Maxwell that was provided to the NY Post. Can't imagine what they could have removed from this photo, maybe identifying evidence of of the person taking it? (Her attorney Leah Saffian)
Multiple photos were found on the NY Post server aside from the pixelated ones released, and the photos were seemingly already edited by whoever provided them. The faces in the background were crudely smudged, making them unidentifiable, even to the Post.
In the full unused photo we see a poor attempt to remove a second food tray from the bench in front of Ghislaine. We also see her with a dog, Dexter, that's been proven to belong to her attorney Leah Saffian.

Saffian's firm Meadowgate Media was found in the photo's meta data.
When the Post first reported this they claimed that a "daily regular" at In-N-Out recognized her randomly and snapped the pictures. He was quoted as saying she was "very lovely."

They edited their initial post shortly after, removing any mention of how the photo was obtained.
Ghislaine Maxwell's father Robert was a well renowned intelligence asset of Mossad until his death. Here he is pictured with NY Post owner Rupert Murdoch.

The Post was the first to leak Epstein's suicide, and Ghislaine's pics—controlling the narrative early through misdirection.
In 1997 NY Post reporter Larry Celona is hired by Stanley Kubrick as a consultant on Eyes Wide Shut and tasked with writing two fake articles for the film. One headlined 'LUCKY TO BE ALIVE.' The other: a cover-up of the murder of a sex slave, falsely reporting it as a suicide.
When Kubrick dies in 1999, Celona is the one to break the exclusive story, reporting that Kubrick was "happy, joking, and completely at peace" before he died.

Just a few months later, Celona is the first person informed of JFK Jr.'s untimely death, and breaks that story as well.
Between those years, in 1999, Larry Celona rides with Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and others on the Lolita Express from Teterboro, NJ to Palm Beach for a short weekend. They return with two extra women.

Teterboro is now being reported as the hub of Epstein's sex traffic network.
Fast-forward to 2019, Larry Celona is still working at the NY Post and still breaking exclusives:

He was the first to report Epstein's first "suicide attempt"

He was the first to report of Epstein's successful "suicide"

He was the first to release photos of Epstein's dead body
Many of Celona's by-lines are exclusives. Getting out in front of the story and being the one who breaks it allows the writer to control the narrative. Be it through subtle word choice or simple omission, the degree to which a writer can shape perception cannot be understated.
The Post initially credited Ghislaine Maxwell's highly suspect In-N-Out photos as from a random stranger. They later scrubbed that story and attributed them to a group called 'The Mega Agency.'

Mega Agency was also the ones to release photos of Epstein's mansion and 'dead body.'
On August 16th, the day after Ghislaine's photos 'leaked' placing her in LA — there was a ~4 hour nationwide US Customs computer outage that effected all major airports. This applied to all international travel, forcing TSA employees to manually check traveler's passports and ID.
The New York Post's involvement with foreign & domestic Intelligence agencies, and disseminating their disinformation, dates back to the 1940's—decades before Murdoch's purchase of the newspaper. https://twitter.com/StoshMr/status/1166305597664497669
Investigator with @CSTheTruth calls the Post and actually speaks to Larry Celona. Larry admits to breaking Epstein's death story, saying "then everyone followed," claims to not know Epstein, claims ignorance of how photos are reported, gets extremely defensive, and then hangs up.
@CsTheTruth also calls the reporters who broke the photos of Ghislaine at In-N-Out. They refused to explain the fraudulent details about the source which were later scrubbed. Got panicked at the mention of the .EXIF data, refused to offer any defense or explanation, and hung up.
CORRECTION: Larry Celona most likely did not fly on the Lolita Express. Seems to be a typo. Billionaire Glenn Dubin was on that flight and has a daughter named Celina, explaining the nanny. Which is unfortunate, as Dubin has been accused of abusing a nanny provided by Ghislaine.
However the NY Post's involvement remains suspect, as do it's ties with Intelligence. In 1983 Rupert Murdoch is recruited into a CIA-organized 'perception management' operation. When he buys WNYW-TV in 1988 without a cross-ownership waiver, an FCC law forces him to sell the Post.
In 1993 The Post is sold again, this time to Steven Hoffenberg. He is Jeffrey Epstein's mentor, and they stole $500 million in a ponzi scheme together. They use this money to briefly buy The Post; until the SEC arrests Hoffenberg. Murdoch then gets a waiver to reacquire The Post.
Former CIA official Philip Giraldi said that "Rupert Murdoch's publishing empire — which includes the New York Post — has been used frequently by the Israelis and occasionally by the British government to plant false stories."
On July 21, two weeks before Ghislaine is spotted, the NY Post reports another exclusive. A bizarre story about an 'untouched' In-N-Out burger found in the middle of a New York street. They speculate the burger traveled from the west coast via private jet. Is this a communiqué?
