Hello Twitter fam, I've just completed four months in my first serious relationship. We just hit a bump in the road (mostly because I overthink things), but we worked past it.
So here goes, @aksharatweets: an appreciation thread

My first photo of @aksharatweets and the first night I realised that I had a minor crush on this super smart, super intelligent woman. (1/n)

We bonded over podi idlis at Murugan Idli (which would eventually become a regular spot for us) and where she discovered I eat inhuman amounts (2/n)

The first of many train rides, that had a lot to do with her obsession with Alaipayuthey (I refuse to call it Saathiya). We bonded over Madhavan. (3/n)

One of our favourite late evenings at the beach, after an impromptu dash to the beach on a borrowed bike (which I should've returned in 10 minutes but we took about 30) (4/n)

The beach again, made for beautiful photos and for students, inexpensive dates. Thank you, Marina! (5/n)

First time I followed her into a bookstore to find her like this. We realised neither of us had self control when it came to buying books (6/n)

One of our many evenings in the college lawn, and my stupid jokes. Love seeing her laugh. (7/n)

When she found out she got a job at her dream company, all she wanted was to celebrate it with me. So lucky she chose me. (8/n)

When she found out I got a job in Noida and she was the happiest she'd ever been! Hype! (9/n)

We graduated! Together, with jobs in the same city. (10/n)

First time we'd been apart, and for over a month. It was hard. And she stole my SpongeBob t-shirt.

Basically, probably the most fulfilling relationship I've been in, thanks to this beautiful, intelligent, sweetu who chose me to rant to, talk about her life and work and everything.

Back on Twitter for a bit because it's @aksharatweets' birthday tomorrow!!

I had, arguably, the best birthday in a decade - thanks to @aksharatweets (obviously, nobody loves me like she does). The sheer amount of effort this dumbass made had me all

She travelled, from Noida, all the way to Majnu ka tila in the morning to get me my favourite mud cake and then travelled back to Noida to feed me because I'm baby

And because I was adamant about secrecy - she didn't post anything and ensured I was safe in my little bubble I can't even-

And pulled one over me by throwing me a birthday party (??) that I actually enjoyed (??)

Also, @aksharatweets got me the best birthday gift ever (bonus: it has my name engraved on the side toooo )

So, cutie patootie @aksharatweets got dolled up and sat home because lockdown, but she looked gorge and she can’t take photos so I - in my infinite wisdom - jugaadoed it and look, how pretty
