it’s been 6 months and i still haven’t received the refund i was promised from @ss_faelian for never receiving an already made pendant that i ordered /: bringing it to the TL is the last thing i’d ever want to do but i’m not sure what my other options are at this point

i’m still trying to give this person the benefit of the doubt, we all go through tough periods but i’m really hoping this can finally be settled. if anything maybe this post will be a little warning to be cautious about who you’re buying from! & i apologize for the negativity /:

i muted this a while ago but wanted to give a quick update: after a lot of back and forth with my bank (since it was out of the time frame of when they allow claims) i finally got my money back. if you’re in the same situation save screenshots of your dms!! i was stuck bc (1/2)

i didn’t save screenshots and i lost our dms when he deactivated. i showed evidence of his big cartel being closed/suspended and that’s what allowed my claim to go through, but it would have gone a lot faster with DM screenshots. good luck to anyone in the same situation (2/2)
