- Ability to focus for extended amounts of time and tune out distractions
- introspection and self reflection
Thinking and writing aren’t much different. Writing is thought manifested. It affords clarity, and therefore forces you to be more coherent with words.

Begin writing if you care about high quality thought, because most human thought is verbal.
