before we get into what he’s done,it must be noted that zionism and judaism are not the same thing. not all zionists are jewish and not all jewish people are zionists.

they don’t have to be connected. you can be jewish without supporting israel. you can celebrate jewish culture and heritage without supporting israel.

being an anti zionist is not anti semitic. it’s a trope that has been used for years to silence and dismiss any criticism of israel and zionism and is now being used to excuse his blatantly pro israel stance.

and it’s not anti semitic to call him out on that. he also has no jewish ancestry, nor is his dad israeli, contrary to popular belief. even if he was, it still wouldn’t be anti semitic.

that being said, here is every PRO **ISRAEL** thing harry styles has ever done or said:

*fist pumping when the interviewer mentions that they’re from israel

*holding up a hammer with the flag of israel on it

you can see him gesture for the fan to give it to him then waits with his arm out for them to give it

then continues to hold it and wave it around with a smile on his face till the end of the song

the date of when he did this is important: 8 july 2014. this was at the time of the 2014 war on gaza, one of the worst times, thousands of palestinians killed, a war that lasted 50 days, was all over the news. the timing of him waving this hammer is quite frankly, disgusting

side note:around this time other celebs all used their platforms to raise awareness, stand with palestine. so what does that tell you about mr harry styles doing this at a time where it was all over the internet? the same day idf launched one of its deadliest military operations?

* after the hammer waving incident, ben winston (harrys friend and a staunch zionist) replied to some fans that harry ‘loved it’

* he also tweeted @ the fans who gave it to him ‘well done’ but quickly deleted it

* he’s mentioned multiple times wanting to go to israel

* probably the most damning piece of evidence that proves not only does he choose to support israel but he is very well aware of the conflict, and that this is not a judaism issue, this is a zionism issue:

* despite what the title says, the article is extremely biased. this article is so incredibly awful and filled with the most terrible blatantly zionist takes, masked by "I care about palestinian people too!" when it's just them

* based on that, you can't argue that he is not well educated or doesn't know too much about the conflict. he does. you also cannot try to say that he's changed or that he no longer holds the same values. he does. he’s never apologised or shown any growth on the topic.

* a while back in 2017 when he was on the late late show harry told an israeli comedian, nicky goldstein, that he still wants to go to israel ‘so bad’. here are screenshots of the conversation with nicky goldstein and the translation

*another person also asked nicky goldstein about the same thing

* just recently on his last tour, he acknowledged and smiled at a fan when they got out an israel flag. this is what the fan said, not sure if it’s true but by the looks of everything else, it mostly likely is.

*all this goes to prove that he has not changed his beliefs or stance since then. it also goes to prove that this is not merely an interest in jewish culture or religion. he has shown support to *isreal* multiple times. that's all there is to it. he's a zionist.
