I don't think @JAMBHQ remitted a dime to FG in 2006/2007 when we had Madam Oby as the Education minister (I can't see the record anywhere).
Our Professor Ojerinde was overqualified as JAMB boss technocrat, our mummy G.O was overqualified as Education Minister.

Average figure was 1.5 million applicants.
