Day 1 (22/07/2019)
I finally use my long forgotten diet app (myfitnesspal) after months of ignoring it.
I used elliptical machine for 15 minutes and felt like I ran out of breath after because I rarely exercise.
Day 2 (23/07/2019)
I managed to exercise for 20 minutes today and used BTS videos as distractionπŸ˜‚
Succesfully avoided small salty snacks & sweets.
Still 100 calorie above daily target but still better tham yesterday
Day 3 (24/07/2019)
Added 5 more minutes to my workout routine (now 25 minutes! With +2 resistance)
I brought lunch to work (3 spoons of rice, chicken slices, stir fry veggies) + snacks (mango & apple slices) to work today. Bought a banana flavored milkshake (250ml) in the end🀠
Day 4 (25/07/2019)
Lost 2 kg! I think my body use the excess water in my body and burn the excess fat to make ATP lmaoπŸ€ πŸ‘Œ
25 minutes cardio with elliptical machine of course.
Ate my packed lunch & dimsum for dinner.
I feel so good. πŸ˜‚πŸ™
Day 5 (26/07/2019)
25 minutes cardio as usual.
I brought packed lunch as always to work (3 spoons of rice, half of salted egg, spicy beef slices & stir fry sprouts).
I'm starting to see the benefit of bringing my own lunch box to work for my walletπŸ˜‚
Day 6 (27/07/2019)
Today I only did 20 minutes of cardio in the morning since I was hanging out with my friend all day today.
Played a lot in an arcade (calories!πŸ“‰) and watched Lion King after.
Ate lots of food today but successfully keep them under my daily calories intake
Day 7 (28/07/2019)
I had a day shift today and skipped lunch, had breakfast before the shift tho but it was not much.
Had a hearty dinner after the shift (manage to make it under my target daily calorie intake) + 25 minutes cardio workout
-0,5kgπŸ˜³πŸ™

Day 8 (29/07/2019)
It turns out I counted my food wrong and input too much lmao, let me thank my food scale for enlighting me🀠

Today workout;
25 minutes cardio workout + 3 sets of squats (1 min 30 sec) + 7 minutes stomach workout that I found in Youtube
Day 9 (30/07/2019)
I don't get to train my stomach today since today is so tiring so I just do cardio workout.
Snacks in between meals are important, my diced apple & pineapple really do the tricks.
Day 10 (31/07/2019)
I bought a personal pan pizza and ate two slices from four for dinner but I don't feel any guilt since I calculate my calorie intake lmao.
30 minutes workout today! Finally I can do a 30 minutes workout again after a long time!
Day 11 (01/08/2019)
I use food scale to measure my food and it really helps! & I can feel the benefit of bringing my own lunch box and healthy snack for my bank account.
30 minutes cardiovascular workout with elliptical machine, too tired to do any squats since today is tiring
I can say that I feel happier and healthier than before I start this whole process and I'm not even officially entering my second week yet.
Seeing the numbers on my weight scale keep decreasing everyday is very rewardingπŸ₯°
Day 12 (02/08/2019)
I have no food restriction at all! I just eat what I want but in a small amount. Dieting is a long process and I'm trying to make it as enjoyable as possible, so I let myself eat whatever I want🀠
I do the usual 30 minutes cardio workout, feel so fresh after!
Day 13 (03/08/2019)
I worked out for 30 minutes in the morning since I had a wedding to attend to at night.
I ate more because of the wedding but I managed to keep it under my targeted calory intake (it's hard as hell)
Day 14 (04/08/2019)
30 minutes cardio workout in the evening.
I went out with my friend today & he actually bought me food :) but I've counted everything since I bought food filled with veggies in the end lol

(2 weeks total weight loss: -4,2kg)
I feel so happy!πŸ₯°πŸ™
Day 15 (05/08/2019)
I hang out with my friends today and ate dimsum lmao. Still strict on my packed lunch though.
+ 30 minutes cardio workout while I watched my friend played playstation and killed Lara Croft over & over again
Day 16 (06/08/2019)
I update this today since I forgot yesterday. I had a night shift yesterday, got to go home at 00:00 and idk what crossed my mind but I worked out for 30 minutes until 00:30, took a shower then I slept like a baby.
Got extra calories for today screening lol
Day 17 (07/08/2019)
I watched Bring The SoulπŸ₯° with my friend. Bought one regular sour sally skim white yoghurt but didn't manage to finish even the half of it, ate one small bag of crispy chickenπŸ˜‚
Since I felt guilty I worked out for 30 minutes more today🀠
The movie was great

I didn’t eat a lot throughout the day since all I did was running around. I didn’t even finish my packed lunch since I don’t really like the veggies [mustard greensπŸ‘Ή]. Ate soto ayam for dinner lmao, I need the calories after all.

Day 19 (09/08/2019)
I went out and ate noodles for lunch with my friendπŸ˜‚ & I bought seedless green grapes for snacks!
I did the 30 minutes cardio workout as usual
Day 20 (10/08/2019)
I did 30 minutes cardio workout in the morning & night.
Because I feel guiltyπŸ˜‚
I went to grab dinner with my friends, asked the waiter if they had the lightest sirloin meat lmao (I got 176 gr, this is their lightest).
Can't wait to check my weight 2morrow
Day 21 (11/08/2019)
Today is Eid-Al-Adha!
Lots of meat based food in my houseπŸ˜‚ managed to fight with my greed to gobble everything & ate enough to treat my wants lol (& within my calories limit)
+ 30 minutes cardio.

I slept early yesterday and forgot to log BDJDJDK
I did the usual thing that I do everyday. The amount of rendang in my house is both a pleasure and hell.

I don't know why I feel so tired today, even I felt tired when I did my usual 30 mins cardio.
I ate like I usually do, I scaled everything before putting them inside my mouthπŸ˜‚
Got dimsum for dinner and it was.. πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ

Can't believe I forgot to entry this lpg yesterday.
Had a very busy day. A night shift in the ER and the patients were jam packed.
I went home for my daily 30 mins workout before my night shift😳 I didn't that much food yesterday

I went to get steak my sister yesterday & it was very satisfyingπŸ˜‚
Went home & do 30 mins cardio workout, took a shower then passed out dead until morningπŸ˜‚
I feel so refreshed now. Hope I won't forget to entry today progress later

I don't think I will say it this soon but scaling the amount of food I eat daily really help with my diet.
I have no food restriction and I can eat whatever I want as long as I weight it first lol or guess its weight. It really helps.
I do my usual workout!

This day was the independence day of my country and we had lunch outside.
60 minutes of cardio workout!
Day 28 (18/08/2019)
The first month of my diet is officially here lolπŸŽ‰.
So, I feel a lot healthier this month & feel more fit than before this whole 4 weeks of exercising & eating wholesome but healthy foodπŸ₯°
60 mins of cardio today!
