To those who don’t struggle with an eating disorder but want to Change the weight that they are: BE THANKFUL YOU CAN CHANGE AND EVENTUALLY BE HAPPY
BECUASE NO MATTER HOW MUCH WEIGHT I DROP I WILL NEVER BE SATISFIED.. I have dropped down to below 95 and still wasn’t happy.

To those who want to lose weight: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I FUCKING BEG YOU TO DO IT THE RIGHT, AND SMART, AND SAFE WAY. Do not starve yourself.
Do not over work yourself. Please. Pay attention to your body. Eat when you’re hungry. Drink water more. Get out more. Please see life in getting healthy. Because all I saw was killing myself slowly. And I can never break my mind away from that. I can never stop
Myself from seeing me at my highest weight. But I’d give anything to get back my sanity from this disorder.
