First: The CARFAX. The moon is RULED BY CANCER! Cancer is dignified here, so when people have this placement they are truly at home. These people are intuitive, caring, nurturing, and incredibly aware of others' intentions.
They are alert on a subconscious level that others don't grasp. This is why they may carry a very clairvoyant way of being. They have the natural ability of knowing what others will do next, based on being able to access people's emotions easily.
They can be easily drained by others, because they always find themselves in situations where they want to be a home for people to live in. But their hardest lesson is learning they aren't homes, they are humans and can only take on so much at a time.
At their worst: They can be easily jaded or scorned by feeling deceit or hurt. They know how to access your most vulnerable emotions at the drop of a hat, and if not in the right head space can use this against you.
But, for the most part maintain a very humble and sensible need to do what is right. They aren't impressed by the material you can give them, but what you can offer them through the quality of person you are.
Cancer moon people want to understand how you think, why you do what you do, what keeps you up at night. They are the strongest support system to the people they believe in. But hell hath no fury like a Cancer moon person who has been let down by someone they've truly believed in
In love they can be quite selfless, but easily infatuated by the person that captures their heart. They can struggle to not lose themselves in other people and can attract damaged or shallow people because of this. Their very nature is to cater to others - and this can hurt them.
They are the strongest support system, and will treat even a stranger in need like their own blood relative. Despite being a traditionalist and a homebody, they are incredibly openminded and abstract in thought. A bit ahead of their time, always curious to understand better.
But they can be a bit naive at times, having taken one to many fairy tales to heart as a child - they can grow up with unrealistic or unfair dreams that they often place onto others. This can be difficult for them, because nobody can live up to the ghost of an expectation.
They must learn that they aren't obligated to save everyone from theirselves - and they themselves are not always in need of saving. By establishing healthy boundaries with others, they won't always feel so taken advantage of emotionally at the end of the day by their loved ones.
IN SUMMARY: Cancer moon people feel things so vividly that they quite easily can be consumed by or lost in others. They want so badly to heal and soothe others but lose sight of themselves in the process. Their empathy can be their biggest strength or ultimate downfall.
