for today’s meditation since i’m feeling sad. i’ve took the deepest breaths i’ve taken in a long time, truly letting my lungs get the treatment they deserve
letting go and breathing naturally. here’s my meditation before going to bed. good night

because i’m about to sleep ...
needed to turn that bell off to control my anxiety
focusing on my breathing
helping myself get to sleep
allowing the sounds to be as it is
kindness and gratitude for yourself
got more anxious on today’s meditation, acceptance 😭
