*inhales* I've been diagnosed with Aspergers at the age of 24. I'm going to make some comics to share how it affects me and all the nifty new things I'm learning about myself.
#30AboutAspergers 05: Escape
#30AboutAspergers 06: Refuge (different from escape)
The first image was drawn before I was diagnosed with aspergers, writing autiobio comics about experiences I couldn't quite explain, but felt deeply.
The second image was drawn right after learning I was on the spectrum, and feeling a deep sense of relief for my younger self.

I want to return to autobio comics this year. Speaking of taking things to heart, I got a weird dm from an acquaintance about my diagnosis a while back & that stopped my desire to make these for a bit. It's scary to put myself and how my mind works out there. I will do my best.
Reviving this thread for #AutismAcceptance
- I got spooked by a DM when I was posting these that questioned whether or not I was #ActuallyAutistic. I stood up for myself but I retreated from talking about my experience online.

I feel sorry that I did so, because beyond this message I have only been met with love and support. Thank you all for your patience with me. Hope to have some new comics soon.
