Day #1 of looking after freshly baked puppy was going great, having said that she just turned off the Xbox with her nose so she might have to go.

Day #2 has gone swimmingly, we spent most of it sleeping in the crate, and then peeing on the puppy pad, not bad for only 6 weeks old, we are currently watching a film about a dog who is rescued from some “pikeys” by a pawnbroker with an penchant for diamonds.

Day #3 and Pecan has slept through pretty much all of it, which is great for work and probably not so good for my own sleep tonight... oh well, into the crate we go after a whole pile of game playing to wear her outz

Day #4, Pecan managed an impressive run of three wees in a row on the puppy pad, as a reward she is now the proud owner of one very new (more appropriately sized) rope toy, and thus the wearing of the pup out begins in preparation for another attempt at a night of sleep

Day #5 saw a visitor from an Adult, who promptly took yesterday’s rope toy and wouldn’t give it back, soo much fun

I’m going to do this for 365 days if I have the stamina, patience, and if my girlfriend sends me updates when I’m away...
