My submission guidelines for NF are a little vague I know. I was asked for specifics. http://bookendsliterary.com/submissions/  So...business books on leadership, coaching, personal development like You Are a Badass or the Subtle Art of Not Giving a F***k, #MSWL
books on negotiation, but for career negotiators, not those negotiating for a job. I'd like books on diversity like White Fragility or So You Want to Talk About Race. I want books by women for women and especially for everyone. #MSWL
Career books that teach those new to the job market what to expect aka Cynthia Shapiro's Corporate Confidential #MSWL
A real resume and cover letter book so I don't need to redo what my interns have "learned" in college. One that really shows what employees want. #MSWL
I want more on navigating life and career and motherhood and different and new parenting books. #MSWL Books like 10 Conversations to Have with Sons and those that address #METoo and books like...
Melinda Wenner Moyer's HOW TO RAISE KIDS WHO AREN'T ASSHOLES, a science-based guide that sifts through the conflicting advice parents get on the tough questions (What if my son is acting sort of sexist? What if my daughter makes a racially insensitive remark?) #MSWL
Also books on alternative health like CBD oils, essential oils and others. But it all needs to be different and new and the author platform for every single one of these ideas matters. #MSWL
