if they were ok with poor behaviour what would that say about you & them? if they require a high level of transparency & honesty it's bc their soul will not allow anything else. this may feel foreign if you've spent a lifetime misdirecting, self-editing & swallowing truth...

it's from upmost respect, as they call to your real self, even if you currently don't like who that is. if they're giving you time they see your Divine identity, your power & passion beneath the facade. there's nothing more beautiful than witnessing another...

stand there unapologetic in all their glory. to see you go to the depths & heights with wings outstretched & touching the sun. to watch you speak freely on things which commonly carry the most shame. to hear you share that which you have never felt safe to share...

this is what breaks chains; breaking that silence & stigma is where freedom & real love reside. having a spirit of excellence will either inspire or unsettle. it reminds others of what dwells within, that place which is sovereign. this will either motivate you...

to be the best you can be or it will be resented. having high standards is not thinking you are higher than anyone, it is refusing to lower your equity for anything. you will not compromise yourself to rehabilitate another nor have any desire to try change them...
