Just to give people example the mobilization of Army ground and aviation assets alone costs millions of dollars extra for Afghan border. Millions of dollars worth of fencing and posts across 2700km. As for Air force 1 F-16 1 hour flight costs 16000+ dollars in maintenance alone

Military budget for 2019 despite 8.8% inflation, significant currency devaluation and increased fuel price for vehicle, tanks, helicopters, aircraft, Jets, Naval ships and whole logistics (food, ammo, equipment etc) movement will cost much higher still not increased.
