Sakura was ONLY thinking of Naruto when she spoke those words. She wanted to protect him & stop risking his life just to save Sasuke. Haters are okay with a guy who lied about his feelings for rivalry, yet think that a person who "lied" just to protect her friend is a bitch.

The fact that she was devoted to one guy even when he went rogue and lost respect from the world, even when he hit rock bottom and had his worst psychological breakdowns and Sakura despite being canonically approached by many guys she chose to be there for and love Sasuke. LOYAL
They still keep calling her abusive and rude to orphans meanwhile she was the first on to open mental clinic for orphans at age of 18 and always was kind to kids, she is also a great mom while working for konoha.
