Real estate is cool and I suggest having some as part of your portfolio....BUT APPS?!? Let me tell you, coming numbers and ROI you are getting way more buying apps from people than buying some houses. Let's do some math

Let's say you bought a house for 15k and put in 25k to
Fix it up and rent it (I am using these numbers based off real estate in west in Louisville) ok so now you renting it out for 750/mo. It's going to take you 4.44 years to make your investment back. That's if nothing else goes wrong with that rental that you have to replace
Now let's take apps. I just bought a portfolio of apps from a developer for ~$500. These apps make ~$150/mo so I'm making my investment back in a little over 3 months. This is my strategy I buy a whole bunch of cheap and underdeveloped apps that bring in just a little money.
Then I do 1 of 2 things (sometimes both)
1) run ad campaigns
2) Fix the app up

BOOM now my portfolio is making $500/mo and I don't have to worry about replacing windows or holes in the wall and shit. Maximum profit, minimal risk and effort
Ya know how people rent their house out for years then finally sell it? Well look at apps as virtual real estate. When I'm done with my apps I find a buyer and sell it to them. I love capitalism FYM?! So now that I have a few years experience buying apps < $1000 I'm ready for big
Aquisitions. Some of these apps go for over 1 million. So who is trying to get this group economics game popping? I'm eyeing a few more apps they want 15k, 25k and up. They are bringing in stupid money.

Other projects they want to work on and need capital upfront. Me personally I'm playing the long game, who wants to play with me?
Didn't expect so many responses and inquiries so I'll do a Google hangouts explaining my plans. But here is an overview of what I want to do
- create a web app where every month we all make monthly contributions to the pool
- every week we will have calls and discuss our progress
- the goal is 5 aquisitions a month
- we all split profit proportional to how much you have put in (if you invested for 2 months and someone else invested 1 month, you should make twice as much from that aquisition)
