I’m begging y’all to get an AHA/BHA body wash/lotion set and call it a day. https://twitter.com/slayyybotomy/status/1133220700469252096
was about to pop this ASMR on but I’ll stay up a likkle to talk about body care cause it’s my favorite
my tried and true coming at you at $68 a pop • relies heavily on glycolic acid so tread lightly if you’re sensitive
finished 2 bottles and I have 3 new one on me right now • really gave my KP that WERK • lightweight formula which is perfect for summer • LACTIC LACTIC LACTIC so sensitive babies can get in on the action
I’m allergic to aspirin so I actually have no business using salicylic acid but I sneak these in from time to time cause my biggest fear is chest and butt acne riding on me one day
poor man’s Glytone (jkjk) • budget friendly and I’m crazy about the lotion • currently testing out the wash and it’s not drying!
KP Duty used to be a huge favorite but they’ve altered the formula AND went up on the price | the FAB scrub on the right is a nice alternative
Another lactic option, Amlactin is affordable and easily accessible in a drugstore near you • It’s not my favorite thing to reach for but still good and the foot cream is a BANGER
Pixi has a new glycolic Collection as well that I ordered when it dropped but my package was stolen but now at this point I’m trying to give you guys options to basically say you won’t have a hard time kicking scrubs (if you wish to do so)
if you don’t want to any of this shit, exfoliating gloves are the way to go and will be the most inexpensive thing in this list • I’ve been using them for probably a decade and they get the job done
this is most known for blasting ingrowns but I use this predominantly for brightening my elbows and knees
and after all this exfoliating, protect your invest with sunscreen. There are a million textures and finishes to choose from so there’s no excuse
(last set I swear) I forgot about these but probably because I went through them both pretty quickly during the winter 10/10 (the cream does have coconut oil in it so this is your warning if your skin doesn’t tolerate it)
Scrubs aren’t the scum of the earth but I don’t find them to be as effective as leave-on AHA/BHA formulas. The only scrub I’ll die over really is Frank Body. It’ll leave your tub a mess but the way it softens my skin should be a crime (of passion)
Last one then I’m done lmao • kind of annoying to use cause you gotta let it sit for 10 minutes then rinse it off but still effective nonetheless especially for KP
backup was just delivered so y’all know I’m serious. When I get into my Uber, I’m gonna tell y’all about foot peels too then I’ll leave y’all alone lmao
