This next thread might be difficult for some to read. That just means it is extremely important that the information within it be spread as much as possible!

This one I'll title: Amber's Confessions

Here we go!
I'm will not be typing everything out from the attached images and dialogue. So I stress that you read everything attached so that you understand what I'm referencing when I discuss it.
Keep in mind that Amber is under oath at the time of this questioning.

We begin with Blair Berk asking Amber to listen to a short audio clip and identify the individual's voices in it. Amber properly does so by confirming the voices belong to Johnny & herself.
The audio clip has Amber (Female voice) apologizing to Johnny (Male voice) for hitting him in the head with a door.
When asked to confirm that the tape is describing her violent act against him, she states she was "attempting to close the door" he was trying to get in, to try and "escape an assault". Not actually answering the question.
She is then asked if it's true that, on the tape, she tells Johnny she is sorry. To which she answers "Yes".
More of the audio tape is then played. Johnny says "and then you fucking clocked me". Amber said "I remember hitting you as a response to the door thing." She then confirms this under oath.
After once again attempting to explain away why she hit him after slamming a door into his head, she is asked if she said on the tape that she hit him. She then claims to not know what words she used, even though they were just played back to her.
Another clip is played with Amber acknowledging, on tape, hitting Johnny with the door and in the head. And once again she won't directly confirm what was said with a "yes" or "no", only referring back to the tape.
The next several pages include a much lengthier portion of the audio tape. In it is the actual description (as described in the conversation between Johnny & Amber) of what really happened during this particular incident.
It is worth noting that while lying under oath, Amber testified everything was a result of her trying to escape into a room away from Johnny.
But what you're about to read paints a completely different picture. Keep in mind this is a previously recorded conversation between Johnny & Amber that is being played back to Amber during her deposition.
On this page of the conversation, Johnny is recounting to Amber what happened. He was in the bathroom and she was knocking on the door. After several knocks he opened it. As she was trying to come in, he tried repeatedly to close the door.
I want to point out that this is a far cry from what she described when she lied under oath stating she was trying to get away from Johnny. Turns out, she was actually trying to get to him while he was inside the bathroom.
On the following page Johnny continues to describe how, when trying to shut the door to prevent her from entering, the door accidentally must've scraped her toes.
Immediately after he described bending down and she pushed/kicked the door open into his head. During this conversation, Amber never denies any of these actions, only saying she didn't mean to kick the door into his head.
She never denied trying to force her way into the bathroom where Johnny was. She doesn't deny kicking the door open. Only saying she didn't do it so that it would hit him in the head.
When questioned by Blair Berk to confirm that she did hit him with the door, Amber only says "I said whatever I said in that recording". Confirming the accurate depiction of the incident as recounted in the audio tape.
The audio tape begins to play again, rolling over to the next page with Amber telling Johnny that kicking the bathroom door into his head was not on purpose.
Johnny moves the conversation forward by saying he stood up and might have said "What the fuck" as a result of being hit in the head with the door. After he "stood up" he tells her "then you fucking clocked me."
Again, she does not deny this violent act. She only tells him she remembers doing it (clocking him) as a response to "the door thing" (the door previously scraping her toes while he was trying to keep her out of the bathroom.)
As the conversation again rolls over to the next page, Johnny interrupts Amber trying to say she "didn't mean to..." By saying "You didn't mean to hit me in the head with the door...but you did mean to punch me in the jaw"
Her response is damning! She responded by saying "I meant to hit you..." "I do remember I did mean to hit you." And even admits it again just a few lines later.
SHE ADMITTED in an audio recording of a conversation between her & Johnny to kicking a door into his head & punching him in the face! At no point is it ever mentioned that she was trying to get away from him. She was actually trying to get to him!
After the audio tape ends and she is asked to confirm what was recorded, she scrambles to tell a very different story than what was just played back to her.
She again LIED UNDER OATH, saying the door scraped her toes while he was trying to get into the room. She then testified she pushed him and that was the "hit" that was referred to in the audio. Even though it was clearly identified as a "punch in the jaw"
What comes next I find immensely disturbing. She says "if he was ever hit or touched" he referred to it as "punching or clocked or whatever" or "cold-clock". She added "I mean, he was just very dramatic about everything about it."
If you recall, according to Amber's most recent declaration submitted as an attempt to get the lawsuit against her dismissed, she cherry picked a brief snippet of her deposition, in which she lies under oath yet again as to how many times she has hit, struck or assaulted Johnny.
She testified that she has hit or struck Johnny one time to "save her baby sister" even though he was not threatening her sister. But she clearly didn't want the rest of her deposition included because it instantly proves that to be a lie.
And by saying things so coldly like "he was so dramatic" "if he was ever hit or touched" or "pushed" should call into question just how often she did kick, push, hit, or cold-clock him, only to turn around and frame him as the abuser.
Next I will examine another incident of violence committed against Johnny Depp by Amber Heard.
