As I said in my previous thread, next I'll be examining Amber's correspondence with her lawyer, Marty Singer, and their WRITTEN scheme to attempt to get multiple employees to commit perjury on Amber's behalf.

This new revelation was made public yesterday in the form of a declaration given by Kevin Murphy, Johnny Depp's and Amber Heard’s former estate manager.

As many know, in 2015, Amber "the law abiding activist" Heard was facing criminal charges in Australia. She was charged with KNOWINGLY smuggling her 2 dogs (Pistol and Boo) illegally into the country earlier that year, a serious biohazard in Australia.

Amber would eventually plead guilty while appearing in the Australia courts in the spring of 2016. However, that's not what I find the most interesting about this.

What is interesting, is the lengths Amber went to in an attempt to lie, get others to lie for her, and avoid consequences.

According to Kevin Murphy's sworn testimony, on October 11 2015, Amber reached out to see if he would get into touch with her former assistant, Kate James (previously fired by Amber).

Amber wanted Kevin to see if he could convince Kate to give a false statement saying that Amber was unaware that it was illegal to bring her dogs to Australia without the proper paperwork and quarantine protocols.

In fact, Amber WAS aware as Kevin had made her aware previously, repeatedly through email, phone calls, and in person conversations.

It was with the encouragement of her lawyer, Marty Singer, that she try to get the false statement from Kate.

The famous hollywood lawyer Marty Singer advised Amber Heard not to get caught in the perjury effort - “be careful that Kate cooperate & not go public if she is asked to be untruthful.

An email Marty sent to Amber was forwarded to Kevin, with Amber adding "Do you think you could get her to do it?"

Kevin would ultimately not attempt to request perjury from Kate. He would go on to testify that Amber was very nervous concerning the thought that Kate might go public with the truth of Amber knowingly, illegally bringing her dogs into Australia.

Shortly after requesting Kevin to get her a false statement from Kate, Amber requested for Kevin to make a perjurious statement of the same nature on her behalf.

Not feeling comfortable doing so, he refused and was met with a threat to his job. He testified that Amber threatened him: "Well I want your help on this...I wouldn't want you to have a problem with your job."

So here we have another prime example of Amber's disregard for the law, domestically and internationally. And her ready willingness to seek witness perjury to support her goal.

Along with her blatant, entitled, law breaking, she once again expected others to risk their professions, dignity, and freedom. All so she could continue to abuse a legal system much like she has abused people in her life.
