I was in primary 6 then. There was no hope of going to school
2. I also considered suicide after i struggled to finish my secondary school. Through the grace of God, I got a shop in PH where I sold CD and DVD plates.

Just when I thought it was time to further my education since I now have a shop. I had an accident that kept me in the hospital for months. I finally got back and discovered that my shop has been destroyed by Amaechi government.

I stood in the rain that day with bandage all over me and told myself it is time to end it but as God may have it, I got admission into Uniport that same week.

Since I had been praying for admission, i chose to go to school than to die.. I sold things on the traffic as undergraduate till I graduated. I was never a burden to anyone.

I spent month looking for job until I my savings ran down. The guy I came to stay with in Lagos asked me to leave. I had 3k left. It was all I got in life....I was starving just not to touch it. I thought of buying sniper #500 to end it.

Then wisdom came. I told myself what if I buy this sniper with #500 and die and someone removed 2500 that is remaining from my bucket probably to go and smoke and drink. Wetin I gain las las?

So I decided since I have been hustling since in life. I can still go back to my hustle. So I used the 3k to start business at the traffic again in Lagos. Today I am paying my bills. I am not there yet but I am not where I used to be.

Dear friends I am very aware that depression could come in different forms but whatever it is God listens. He hasn't left you. He knows what He is doing. Be patient with Him and you will surly laugh over that situation.

You own could be mockery or that nobody wants to associate with you. I could remember that my course mates then used to mock how dark that i was and how my only one pair of shoe were worn out. I was seen as "too local"

Someone once told my that my shoes were bent like Nigeria. A lot of them didn't know that I trekked from Rumuokwuta to Abuja Campus in Uniport(those in PH could tell the distance)in my first year just be go to school.

I used to wake as early as 4am to be able to meet 7am class and get to the class before most of them. Still go back to the traffic by evening to find my daily bread. I never begged anyone for money. I paid my fees myself.
