Je ne sais pas!

If fact it's a part of Acne Inversa Syndrome?

If fiction "Acne Inversa" ceases to exist?

Is my #HidradenitisSuppurativa a Frisson or a Friction?
Let me get this straight.

Four diseases.

Named seperately.

Lumped together.

Called Acne Inversa (AI).

AI supposedly a synonym for #HidradenitisSuppurativa?
Let me get this straight.

Depending upon which meridien you stand in and what language you speak today:

You can lump or split #HidradenitisSuppurativa until the cows come home.

Either way the darkness is winning.
Gunna use one of the top five words in #HidradenitisSuppurativa Literature today: "HS-Like"?

(Top five words would include 'smoking', 'obesity', 'TNF' without the tenacious a, & 'may').

2017 Acne conglobata induced by adalimumab. - PubMed - NCBI https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28524046
2018 (From 66 people with Dissecting Folliculitis) 'There was comorbidity with acne conglobata in 15 of 66 patients, two of whom had acne inversa.' http://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30168900

Wait a goddamn minute! Don't they ALL have Acne Inversa (synonym) #HidradenitisSuppurativa?
Unless, of course their #AcneInversa is EXACTLY EQUIV. to #HidradenitisSuppurativa but not inclusive of the three other diseases.

Yes. I am splitting hairs (pun). Looking forward to that day when HS pathogenesis does not mean somebody else's subjective philosophical theory.
Just thought I would share my state of mind while writing the above tweets: bemused, entertaining myself. Hope you enjoyed. #MakeTheHSDarknessConscious #HidradenitisSuppurativa #AcmeIncursa

The words #HidradenitisSuppurativa and #AcneInversa do not appear.

HS may indeed be 'boil-like' & 'acne-like',
however 'acne' appears to be NOT 'HS-Like',
if you catch my drift, if not CRIKEY!
Clever disease: hides from us in syntax.
