Exactly 6 weeks ago today I broke my wrists and haven’t been able to workout since, ngl I expected my body to deteriorate more than it has but I’m not complaining, back to the gym now for me time to get back and beyond what I was
It’s been a week yesterday since my first workout back n I’d say it’s going pretty well, grateful as fuck to have hands that work
